déçu de l’expérience. L’équipe est arriver 15 minutes en retard, a endommagé la peinture à un endroit et a laissé beaucoup de saleté après son départ, notamment chez le voisin. On nous avait pourtant mentionné que le nettoyage serait fait. Pour le prix de 492$ je m’attendais à mieux.

Bonjour Marc-André, nous sommes vraiment désolés d'apprendre que vous êtes déçu de l'expérience, et nous aimerions clarifier quelques points avec respect. Concernant l'heure d'arrivée, nous donnons toujours à nos clients une fenêtre horaire (par exemple entre 10h et 12h), et notre équipe est bien arrivée à l'intérieur de cette fenêtre, donc nous n'étions pas réellement en retard. Pour la marque de peinture, notre technicien vous en a informé directement sur place au moment du nettoyage, et nous vous avons offert une compensation après le service pour cela. En ce qui concerne les résidus chez le voisin, lorsqu'on nettoie une sortie de sécheuse par l'extérieur, un peu de débris peut parfois atteindre la propriété voisine. Nous prenons ce genre de situations très au sérieux et nous avons fait de notre mieux pour vous accommoder sur place.
