BlueGuard does not charge one flat rate for every home. Before any work starts, you get an upfront quote based on the number of vents in your home and the size of the home. You know the price before we begin — no surprise fees on the day.
How our pricing works
- Upfront quote before work starts. We give you the price in writing before the crew begins.
- Based on your home. Your quote depends on your vent count and the size of your home.
- No surprise fees. Add-on services are priced and included in your quote up front.
- Every vent cleaned. Our technician counts the vents during the cleaning so none are left uncleaned.
Dryer vent cleaning prices
| Service area | Dryer vent cleaning |
|---|---|
| Ottawa, Gatineau & Montréal | Starting at $199 |
| Durham Region (Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Clarington and nearby) | Starting at $159 |
Starting prices are for a standard dryer vent on the main floor or basement. Second-floor and roof-exit dryer vents are quoted upfront based on the length and access of the vent line.
Add-on services
These are priced add-ons you can include with your cleaning. Each one is listed in your upfront quote:
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Sanitizing
- Furnace blower cleaning
What affects your quote
- The number of supply and return vents in your home
- The size of your home and the number of floors
- Which add-on services you choose
- Where your home is — homes outside our regular service areas may include an Out of Service Areas charge, which is shown in your quote
Prices are before tax: HST applies in Ontario, and GST + QST apply in Québec.
